In reality though the answer should be nobody and you should all feel bad for wanting a Squirrel Girl film.
What a shock! New actor with half an episode of on-screen credit to her name wants to play the lead in upcoming comic book movie. I wonder if anybody from Marvel Studios has had her on the horn yet.

But I actually think Egg would be a pretty good choice. Kristen Schaal too. I'm not talking just about appearance either, personality and performance wise I think they would both be pretty interesting fits.

fwiw, the same could be said of ant-man. Dude's been crashing and burning on the sales department for pretty much his whole existence, and his film still managed to turn a tidy profit.

I was sold on Kristen Schaal after Anna Kendrick thread, but she and Mae Whitman are defeinitely great candidates. I can't really decide on any of them because they'd each fit a different niche. If they want a young, college-aged Squirrel Girl, then it should be Whitman. If they want an adult Squirrel Girl to be a peer of the non-Spidey Avengers, it should be Schaal. And Micucci can work in either case.
Just watch them go he easy route and just do Kendrick, though.
