I really don't get some people. If someone doesn't find someone attractive, that's fine. But going to the extent of saying they look like a man? If she looks like a man then 97% of this planet is male.

Sure, but I assume when the OP says "world famous", he doesn't literally mean "recognised by some people in each corner of the world" and is speaking more to the likes of the A-listers whose faces are plastered everywhere and appear in the media regularly. By the time The Host hits cinemas in a month it'll have been two years since Ronan's previous theatrical release.That's cheating. A ton of fangirls and regular movie watchers will recognize her now even if they don't know her name. The trailer for the Host pops up everywhere and if I look for it on youtube it each upload of it has a ton of views.

1. Chris Evans. My favorite actor. Best looking man I have ever seen AND extremely funny/smart, and though people refer to him as A-list after the Marvel movies, friends I talk to still don't recognize him by name.
2. Tricia Helfer. Stunningly gorgeous, and helps that she's smart and an animal advocate and cat-lover in real life! Also starred as one of my favorite characters in my favorite show of all time (battlestar galactica)

She's super friendly and usually they come out of the venue after the show to greet people. That was my experience seeing them in Montreal and Norway.
