Why do I get the feeling that he drew her naked first and then added the clothes? The bikini top looks photoshopped over her tits

ughh cleavage, LEWD
Have you seen anything from this game that says it shouldn't be played by kids? It's a Digimon game dude, not some crazy graphic violent murder sim. Game has a teen in a bikini top and bike shorts. Goofy? Sure. Pedophilia-tier pandering? Not quite.
Calm yourself, everything will be fine.
Statistically, they're more likely to get teen pregnant than play MK and become pyscho killers.Except that while I was babysitting for the boss of my mother, I played some GTA 3, from the PS2 of a 10 yo boy and a 7 yo girl.
GTA is a common game for kids. Hell, how many of us played Goldeneye as a kid? Or Perfect Dark?
Or even Doom? The ESRB is really not stopping kids from play violent games. Parents dont care about violent games. They care about sex. Which is weird.
I have nothing against violence or sex in video games, but if I had to stop my kid from seeing Sex or Violence, I would choose violence over sex.
Hell, Mortal Kombat was advertised for kids. Okay this is the game who made us get the ESRB rating, but really.
I wouldn't call jutting, perky tits goofy. Nor did I use the word pedophile. Also I'm quite literally laughing out loud here. This shit is funny.
My elementary and middle school students love shit like this. They're all about the fanservice. Hahahaha. It blew me my mind more than it probably should have. Oh yeah, they're kids going into puberty and shit.
The weekly manga magazines have spreads for gravure idols in bikinis and stuff. The pre-teen/teen demographic eats that shit up. It's even better when you catch them reading it outside of school and they have a minor panic attack, expecting you to get mad or something.

This I think is the big disconnect with Americans (not sure about Europe). They assume anything with T&A must be aimed at adults, which in turn means when the characters are 14, 15, etc. they find it disturbing, but in reality Japan has a long history of skinservice and sexy comics and games aimed at adolescent kids. Not that there aren't adults into it, too, of course, but the kids are a big part of the market.
And they have more chance to become pregnant if we do not teach them about sex. That's why the states without a good sex education program are also the states with the highest teen pregnancy.
Nobody used it but everyone's thinkin it. It's how anime threads usually go.
But srstalk, is there anything you've seen that makes you think this game absolutely should not be in the hands of the younger crowd? I was under the impression that Digimon was aimed at young teens (13 plus or minus a few years).
Wait, how the fuck did we end up here?
sweet jesusIf you are going to highlight cleavage in Digimon then you have to mention.

You know, FOR KIDS!
Digimon bikinis offend prude adults.
Mature games vs Childrens games with depictation of sexuality
Violence vs Sex irony
Chance of getting pregnant is higher than being a psycho
Sex education programs prevent teen pregnancy
Can we go back to the part with the gifs and wrapping the world with happy boobs?
Edit: Also if I've never played a Digimon game before, would this be a good one to start with (for those who have played the PSP version)?

Just a thought, I don't think the problem is having boobs, or bikinitops or whatever in a game aimed at kids. The problem (if there is any), should be that it's a kid being portrayed in a sexual way.
Seems the discussion is being strawmaned in anywhich direction right now.
Tai and his Agumon ain't shit. Masaru, on the other hand...

This is one of the main things that I hate about Digimon, power levels are so inconsistent.
Not disagreeing with you, but that's the thought process. That and the squick factor.nowadays kids learn about how things goes between males and females even if there's not a videogame or a comic showing 'em boobs.
also, much like violence,it's their parents responsability to teach to their kids all about sex,why it is good but also why you shouldn't go around humping every female you can put your hands on.
the real problem here is that many parent's can't or do no want to do their job as parents, instead to stay near their kids, ready to explain and teach when they'll find something they have to interpret, they prefer to put them in fornt of the tv,or buy them comics and cross their fingers that nothing inside them will turn their kid in a sexual offender.
also,it's yet to be proven that videogames, comics or tv can effect kids to that extent, but it's another matter entirely
Yeah, why can't it be more like Dragonball Z.
Yeah, why can't it be more like Dragonball Z.
Or every Cartoon or Anime ever. If we started like a big war on known facts, The Flash would kill everybody in the known universe before the first drop of his latte even touched the cup.
I never really seen an anime where you can really say "Yeah this guy is stronger than this guy and there is no way in hell he could lose to this guy". Plot armors are the worst.
edit: also, why is that chick from Tekken in this game?
It's just that draculamon (I know that's not his name =p) was one of the single strongest digimon ever in the original show and now a human is punching three of him like it's nothing?

but i really hate this

why there is part of boob showing ?
there is absolutely nothing important to do that
For some people the whole point of clothes is to look cool, simple as that.My bigger issue is just how impractical the clothing is - I mean, isn't the whole point of a shirt to cover your top half, for protection and whatnot?
