GTA is a common game for kids. Hell, how many of us played Goldeneye as a kid? Or Perfect Dark?

The weekly manga magazines have spreads for gravure idols in bikinis and stuff. The pre-teen/teen demographic eats that shit up. It's even better when you catch them reading it outside of school and they have a minor panic attack, expecting you to get mad or something.

This I think is the big disconnect with Americans (not sure about Europe). They assume anything with T&A must be aimed at adults, which in turn means when the characters are 14, 15, etc. they find it disturbing, but in reality Japan has a long history of skinservice and sexy comics and games aimed at adolescent kids. Not that there aren't adults into it, too, of course, but the kids are a big part of the market.

also,much like violence,it's their parents responsability to teach to their kids all about sex,why it is good but also why you shouldn't go around humping every female you can put your hands on.

the real problem here is that many parent's can't or do no want to do their job as parents,instead to stay near their kids,ready to explain and teach when they'll find something they have to interpret,they prefer to put them in fornt of the tv,or buy them comics and cross their fingers that nothing inside them will turn their kid in a sexual offender.

also,it's yet to be proven that videogames,comics or tv can effect kids to that extent,but it's another matter entirely

That's not my position at all. I'm just sick and tired of this sort of pandering. I'm tired of women going into battle with exposed skin. I'm tired of boobplates. I'm tired of ridiculous jiggle physics. I'm tired of character creators where the boob slider goes from massive jugs to lifelong back problems.

I don't think these sorts of depictions should be banned. I don't even think they should go away. I would just like some goddamn variety.

I don't think it's just that. There is a streak through Anglo-Saxon society that almost worships an unrealistic ideal of childhood innocence. A small proportion of parents avoid broaching the subject of sex almost as if they fear that their child will somehow be dirtied by the knowledge. They won't be, and this attitude is most unhealthy.

My real question about all this is will this game be any good? Trailer was impressive but then I remembered all the other digimon games I've tried.

As for the artwork and boobs.
Love the guys artwork as soon as I saw the OP I new it looked familiar. Now for the boobs well however he wanted to draw that character so be it. It seems kinda odd but at the same time doesn't bother me if I were to play the game.
