A male can and is biologically encouraged to spread his offspring far and wide. Cultural norms/practices are what reins that in. Ironically, the stable, socially and sexually constricting monogamous conservative household that is "traditional marriage" is basically ideal for females. Modern Feminism says the opposite, but unfortunately for the women who buy into that line of thinking, being career-based/sexually free as a woman during the prime of her youth is a losing proposition for the woman, unless she snags a partner to settle down with before that time period ends.
A man peaks in attractiveness to women in his late 30's/early 40's, and is naturally sexually attractive to women until his 50's/60's. He can also produce children basically until his health fails, as well.
A woman peaks in attractiveness to men in her late teens/early 20's, and is naturally sexually attractive to men until her 40's/early 50's, and can then no longer produce children naturally after menopause.
TLDR; Women peak high fast, look great, then fade. Men muddle through, peak later, maintain longer.

Having children takes a toll on the body. A lot of women who look amazing in their 30s/40s don't have children. The ones who do and still look good worked really hard and you gotta respect it.
