i kinda wish it was this; it was bullshit enough that it happened at all (they've made handhelds well for years, how do you drop the ball now?), but having it happen with my XL when i'd hoped the problem was resolved is particularly infuriating

I still find it weird this issue only affects the US Amazon, while every other Amazon in the world sells Nintendo systems, and even advertises them in some cases (sales/new models/etc)

What's odd is that they do provide customer service for the Wii U, just not ones that they sell.
