Wii-Motion controls not as immersive as originally touted?

Pretty much dead on. It's like justifications for the Iraq War. It keeps shifting to fit whatever argument someone is trying to make

Yep, because that's all there is to the controller, flicking your wrist instead of pushing buttons.
