That doesn't mean it has to launch in November though. If Wii were released earlier, say in July, hardcore fans could make their purchases early. By the time the holidays roll around, if it has momentum, it could allow for more sales to casual gamers. It's not a bad idea as everyone won't be rushing to find one all at once. Think about what 360 would have done last year if Microsoft didn't have supply issues. Maybe this is one of the secrets to be unveiled at E3.

In any case, I do think that it should launch, at the very least, a month before ps3. Publicity may get massacred if it launches in the same timeframe.
