So I found out thanks to RPS (http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2015/08/04/meg-9-lost-echoes-william-gibson/#more-305443) that one of the pioneers of Cyberpunk, one of my favorite genre, William Gibson is working on a sci fi video game with a very interesting premise.
A basic summary of the gameplay from RPS:
"Remotely piloting an upgradeable rig, your role is to explore a high-tech complex thats mysteriously gone dark and is now infested with these weird bio-mechanical bug things. You also basically get a robot dog."

Gameplay seems to be a mix of Mass Effect vehicle combat with tactical elements added, atmosphere is very eerie similar to Dead Space.

Seems to play a bit similar to Battlezone 1998 as well. All in all it's the atmosphere and the vibe that gets me the most, seeing as I love Cyberpunk and Sci Fi.

Platforms are Windows and PS4 from what I can tell, developer is Skunkwerks Kinetic.
