I have always been a Winter person and I love seeing games with Snow and Ice in their design and themes.

Llost Planet Extreme Conditions (Like 85% the whole game)

So what are so of Gaf's Favorite Winter/Snow/Ice themed games and levels?

Uncharted 2 - Great train sequence in the single player, which was also a pretty decent map in multiplayer.

Siberia - Goldeneye Good explorative play here with sniper points.

Snowflake village in diddy kong racing was home to a bunch of fun snow levels.

Panda King level, very traditional platforming in a snow environment. The snow effects look typically good in Sly Cooper fashion.

Blizzard map from SOCOM, Good feeling of winter and the snow gear was especially cool.

Replaying Dead Space 3 I have to say that Tau Volantis is a beautiful environment, the best in the series. The snow effects are still ace, too.

Donkey Kong Island from Tropical Freeze is both incredibly atmospheric and some of the best 2D platforming ever while being an awesome homage to DKCR.

Firebase White from Mass Effect 3 (multi player). A great map and probably the most popular in the game. I only rated Firebase Ghost (with the rain) higher.

I canÂ’t seem to add a photo but canÂ’t believe no one has mentioned Final Fantasy VII the Icicle Inn area. Great location and great music always makes me feel Christmassy. This and the Stardew Valley during winter.

Saints Row Xmas DLC, mad I didn't replay it this month.

I love Christmas Crash in COD 4 and wish COD WW2 had a map like that.

Forza 3 Blizzard Mountain which I still need to finish
