I do wonder how many of these people will end up being really disappointed and/or stop playing the game after a few days? This has nothing to do with the quality of the game which I believe is really good and a huge step up from Witcher 2 (which was a chore to force myself to deal with the controls. Just ignored kb/m with Witcher 3) which I liked a lot less then Witcher 1. I'm enjoying the game a good deal. If I replay the series I'm cutting the second game out. This is more about the reasons why so many bought the game. For many I think it was because it was the next big blockbuster that was being pushed. Not because they really had a strong desire to play the game or were that interested in the series. Not because they were fans of RPGs or even into heavy story based games. Instead it was the thing to buy and be apart of and then forgotten as the next big thing comes out.
