Can't tell if serious, or the worst defense for cheating ever.
gonna have to remember that defense lol

I still don't fully understand how such complex behaviour (I'm really thinking about driving and other activities) is possible without being conscious. I get that a lot of these tasks are routine and as such we've been conditioned to perform them without thinking, but to walk, drive and interact with other people while asleep?
Someone is bullshitting.
There it is..I'll be on my way.
neither or, sleepwalking can be very weird, and if she also sleep talks, then that could lead her actually asking for sex. Now obviously it's a slippery slope, but with how common it is for people to have sex, do you honestly get surprised that something like this would happen?. People have been known to drive cars, and cook food while sleeping. propositioning for sex, especially with males, does not seem that hard.
How clear is sleep talking, usually? If it's anything like what my roommates do, it not only sounds like they're extremely tired, but it's also a bunch of gibberish that makes no sense.

Did I do this right?
On one occasion, her partner awoke to find her missing, went searching for her and found her engaged in the sex act.
When my cousin did it as a kid, it just sounded like he was awake. It was weird.
Wasn't this a Law and Order: SVU episode? I could have sworn I saw just this plot...
The only reason I slightly believe some of these sleepwalking stories is my older son has night terrors and he says and does some of the strangest things during these. Intially it was just screaming like during a nightmare but he can actually open his door and ask questions, answer them and then not remember any of it the next day. He is completely freaked out when he wakes up fully from it which it's hard to tell when it happens. I really hope he grows out of it so it scares me to hear stuff like these sleepwalking stories. Really hope these are two different things.
People have driven cars and made food while sleepwalking, it's not too silly to assume that someone would have sex while sleepwalking
Good to hear you don't have issues now, night terrors are freaking awful to go through as a parent. I get sleep paralysis (scariest f'ing thing ever, I know we have threads on it here ocassionally) and have restless leg so maybe sleep issues just run in my family unfortunately. My parents tell me I had what sounds like the exact same thing as a kid. I would apparently be really freaked out by something, leave my room and talk about it with them. They said I would complain of "flying triangles" coming for me. And I would get really freaked out if I woke up during the night terrors. I have barely any memory of this. I grew out of the night terrors when I was still really young and I've had no sleep problems since.

Never underestimate sleep walking, an old friend of mine fell out of a window whilst sleep walking and he passed away.
wait, so during her "sleep walking", she's inviting random guys to her place to fuck them......AND still be conscious enough to use condoms....
wut?
sounds BS to me.
...the only part of this story that's hard the fathom is the fact that she's hooking up with these men in her home.
--Who are these men?
--How is she contacting them?
--How is she able to seek them out, proposition them, and get them back to her place for sex, all without alerting her husband and/or betraying the fact that she's in a sleep state?
...I'm not sure I buy it.
So, he just stood there and let them continue screwing? Or did he stop them and question/beat the crap out of the guy having sex with her?On one occasion, her partner awoke to find her missing, went searching for her and found her engaged in the sex act.
huh, I thought this only happened in porn.
Either that or she is lying.
Honestly sounds like bullshit. Some people really do eat while they sleep, but that's such a complex series of actions I can't really buy it. Especially given the attendant circumstances - remembering to use condoms, etc.
At night while asleep, the middle-aged sleepwalker - who lives in Australia and cannot be identified for reasons of confidentiality - left her house and had sexual intercourse with strangers.
He must have had the world's best lawyer.
I wonder if I'm sleep-posting right now...
How did they prove she was sleepwalking?

Yeah I was gonna say this sounds like rape. She wasn't technically consenting so the people should probably be charged if they can be found.
