Her accent isn't *that* strong. Certainly not when compared with some UK ones. I'd be surprised if any English speaker couldn't understand it.

What accent she has is is made worse by some clear slurring. So she's either high, drunk as fuck, or genuinely retarded.

I can't tell if you're joking mate or not but please don't bring class into this. I'm not sure if i'm working class but most generations of my family are the very definition of it and proud of it.
