Who's the cinematographer here? looks great.

The real Superman theme from Williams is the best one, though.
Matthew Jensen: Did GOT, Chronicle and Fantastic4.
I do remember Hoyte van Hoytema being attached to it, wonder what happened.
One of these is not like the others.
So the plot of the Wonder Woman movie, the first solo female superhero movie, is started by the appearance of a man?I don't know why I always get these "aggressive" reactions :/
Probably not.Can Gadot carry a movie on herself?
Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans can't but they made it work. Can Gadot carry a movie on herself?

Chris Evans can definitely carry a movie on his own.Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans can't but they made it work.

Hey now Hemsworth carried Ghostbusters for a lot of people that were upset about women.
Cause you frame it badly
Unless I'm mistaken, Trevor's tied in pretty heavily into her origins anyway
Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans can't but they made it work.
This so much.
All this hand wringing over Gadot while we let all kinds of mediocre male actors cook. Tch.

What was released was not his filmDid people already forget that the director of Chronicle also did F4?

You know...this is actually true, hah.

That's Wonder Woman's origin story: Steve Trevor crashes on Themyscira, prompting Diana to take him back to Man's World and save the world from somebody (usually Ares). So the plot of the Wonder Woman movie, the first solo female superhero movie, is started by the appearance of a man?
One aspect of this film that interests me is how it ends, at least in respect of the First World War portions, because it seems like Batman v. Superman locks this into a downer storyline. Diana in the present day claims that "a hundred years ago, I walked away from mankind; from a century of horrors. Men made a world where standing together is impossible." So it seems like she's going to end up pretty disillusioned, perhaps even isolated from everybody else (it doesn't sound like she and Steve walked off into the sunset or anything).
I'm not saying that it's implausible, merely that it's rather a grim origin film for what is typically meant to be an inspiring character. It's not atypical for them to have crises of faith at some point, but that's usually a mid-act moment for a sequel, not the ending of the first film.Considering just how gruesome WW1 was, I can totally believe that the film ends with Diana walking away from the battlefield completely disillusioned.
I also think it's a safe bet that Steve's not making it out of the film alive either.
I've wondered about that too. Diana doesn't exactly have the most consistent supporting cast in the world, and Steve and Etta are by far the most notable human supporting characters she's ever had (though writers have consistently struggled with what to do with them since Marston died).I think it's a shame both Steve and Etta are just going to be featured one time.
It's the worst. The faster people move, the better the action. Slow motion is totally antithetical to good action. Trash trash trash, always has been, always will be.

are we still doubting gadot? she fucking carried BvS, imagine that movie without her appearance. movie wouldn't have a single highlight, would've been outright trash. her interactions with Bruce were great and when she showed up in the Doomsday fight everyone lost it.
She is not going to win any awards, and she doesn't need to. She looks like WW, loves playing the character, didn't see anything atrocious in BvS (she was the best part of the entire movie) and have yet to see anything in this movie that makes me cautious. This trailer was amazing, I'm looking forward more to this than the actual team up movie. Good job, Patty Jenkins and co.
I wouldn't be surprised if they pull some immortality thing with Steve. Seems too much of a waste to use Chris Pine for just one film.
