You know it's true. As much as people say BVS was rushed. As a sequel to MOS it makes sense. After the damage of MOS frm a storytelling point of view who else but Batman is going to look at the damage caused in Metropolis and is going to be PISSED?* Aliens exist and he is no longer the biggest baddest motherfucker that runs the streets.

The user who said that Batman & Robin was more entertaining then Nolan's Batman trilogy. I'll give you this it's a fun film to watch with your friend.

Right, I wasn't saying that TDKR and SM3 are comparable at all -- I still really enjoy TDKR, even if it is sloppier than its predecessors. I only brought up SM3 because people make similar excuses for it -- Raimi wasn't even trying, he didn't care, he was deliberately sabotaging the movie, he just wanted out, etc. -- when the truth is both Raimi on that movie and Nolan on TDKR were working really hard to make the best movies they could. There was no autopilot.

For SM3 I'd say it was half and half. The black symboite stuff and Venom was clearly forced in, but there are some good aspects to that film, they're just drowned out by all the ridiculous camp amped up to 10.
