Graduating from college and entering the real world isn't easy, especially for three unmotivated roommates.
Starring Mail Order Comedy's Blake Anderson, Anders Holm and Adam DeVine, Workaholics is a scripted series that follows three friends fresh out of college who live and work together as telemarketers. Dress codes, deadlines and waking up before noon isn't something these guys are used to. The crew spends their days scheming together to avoid doing any real work and their nights looking for good times.
Get ready for ten half-hour episodes of Workaholics premiering on Wednesday, April 6 at 10:30pm / 9:30c, directed by Kyle Newacheck and executive produced by Kevin Etten ("Scrubs").

Adam
He's the guy at the party who's everyone's friend, but won't remember one name. He gregariously skates through life on his self proclaimed animal magnetism. Adam's a dim bulb, but his gift to gab makes him a born salesman and he actually likes his job because he's good at it. He never prepares. Strictly instinct. Which sometimes works out and always leaves people in his wake. Overall, he's someone you'd want to work with, not because you can trust him you cant but because hes probably got a sixer of Rolling Rock on his desk.
Anders
Hes the guy at the party who sets the rules no one follows, then out of frustration, gets embarrassingly drunk and breaks them himself. Anders doesnt have the charm that Adam has, but hes book smart, works hard and hes willing to sacrifice. At the office he yearns to be taken seriously, but hes a tactless dick. Even if he builds a bridge, he usually burns it down. Constantly tying up loose ends, Anders can end up in knots, but when he loosens up hes the guy that stumbles home the next day with a little grin, a little shame, and a great story.
Blake
He's the guy at the party who makes a massive cheese and cracker sandwich called the Eliminator. His strange personality makes him interesting, but also misunderstood, which is frustrating because Blake just wants to be himself. When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong constantly happens to this rebellious kid. But Blake understands the human condition in ways that Adam and Anders never will. He enjoys pitting Anders and Adam against each other like Othellos Iago, if Iago had a sense of humor and a medical marijuana license. Being a weirdo with self confidence, phone sales suits him perfectly. What makes Blake a good friend is that hes willing to take risks and try new things and hell trick you into joining him for a night youll never forget because of the tattoo and the scar and the Croatian wife you now have.
.......
So, by the commercials and preview clips it looks pretty good. Lots of heavy drinking, pot smoking and guy humor. Seems like they're shooting for something in the range of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The League. I'm looking forward to it, hope it's good.
