Don't know if it belongs in the news section but to answer your question:
Definitely no because John Marston ain't no backstabbing rat. Arthur (and his TB making him a better man) was the sole reason that John could flee and start a new life with his family. His revenge on Micah was the reason he got back in the game and why they were able to find him and make him do their dirty work in RDR1.
