Would you buy a remastered Killzone 2 for PS4?

There still hasn't been an fps game that scratches the kz2 itch.

No. The game is ok, but it's nothing special. There were plenty of fps franchises better than this that gen. Not everything deserves a remaster.

No, the Killzone games have always felt off. I just don't like the way they control and the fiction is just not appealing.

For the MP, I probably would.

Though they'd need fix the helghast base on Radec academy. Also not limit the drones/turrets so don't get teammates killing them to spawn their own.

Yes. But not for $60.

For $20-30 sure. I really loved this game, both single player and multiplayer.

Double edged proposition for me really. On the one hand, I would buy it and romp through the single player once more just for shits and giggles but it would really be the MP that would do it for me. On the other hand, if the MP wouldn't be as populated as it once was on PS3 I would be disappointed.

I would have to go with a cautious 'yes' and risk getting burned.

I liked Killzone 2 a lot, but I'm not very interested in any "remasters" from PS3 to PS4, so I'd be inclined to say no.

If they added PlayStation Move support (similar to Killzone 3 on PS3) and priced it under $20, then I would consider it.

Just remaster the multiplayer and release it as a free-to-play ala Killzone 3 on PS3.

A current gen F2P with the best maps, balance updates and skins for sale would be a great option.

A lot of people may prefer to play the single player campaign though.

Killzone 2's novelty were the graphics at the time.

The campaign itself wasn't anything particularly memorable save for a couple of levels and the boss fight.

I don't think it would do the game any favours TBH.

Guerrilla could certainly borrow quite a few things from it for future games though.

In a heartbeat. I'm surprised at people not liking it! Best multiplayer fun I had on console along with Bf bad company 2.

I could say the exact same thing about God of War 3 and they bothered with that.
