He should've asked more than immunity, like a name change and to disappear into witness protection, cause I can see not only the more fanatical right-wing "Trump dick puppets" going after him, but Putin sending KGBeast to find him.

Flynn will take the immunity and admit to the wrongdoing. Say no one else but him was involved. Dude walks away free and no one else gets implicated.

Ever get really excited about a gift, perhaps Christmas morning, and you asked for something big and are really, really hoping you get it?

It's that period where you are imagining playing with it and having so much fun, but also telling yourself not to get too worked up in case you get some socks or some shit.

I fucking want that USS Flagg so much I can taste it. I'm scared of getting a shitty hand-knit sweater again. I saw something big behind hidden in the garage, so I'm nervouscited. I think it's real, I think it's happening. I'd be crushed if it didn't.


In my life, I've been Charlie Brown trying to kick that football so many times. Each and everything in my life I get really excited for I get burned on. So, I hope some people understand where I come from when I say I'm hopeful, but cautious and not getting my hopes up.

This is a terrible strategy if true. McConnell is a pyromaniac, he won't hesitate to get rid of the filibuster. Blocking a qualified judge like Gorsuch would be the perfect excuse to do it. Even Graham said he'd support removing it in those circumstances.

Democrats should let the GOP replace their precious Scalia: the court will just go back to having Kennedy as the balancer. A partisan crusade against Gorsuch is the last thing they should be focusing on. It won't be popular and it won't work.

She's great at a lot of things, but I think her format would be much better suited to a youtube show or something that only has to be 20 minutes.

He was mostly operational military. Was in Iraqi Freedom battles etc.

Some people are good at military strategy. But those skills don't necessarily translate into political savvy. He got corrupted by something, clearly compromised. I'm sure he misses operational command.

The scope might be just the talking to the Russians without permission, that in itself is part of the big umbrella. So anything he says has a lot to do with the election and collusion and all the other good stuff.
 
Ok well no one has taken him up on the offer yet because everyone is coordinating to see what the best route to take is, according to one of the House Committee members on Maddow.

This is like those troll science memes. Offering out immunity doesnt mean you get a black box full of info you have no idea what it contains. They hash out the general outline of what Flynn has to offer and it usually involves rolling UP on people to which he testifies to. He won't be granted immunity until he fulfills what he agreed to.

this whole debacle is being labeled as a 'Cloud' that isnt going away and they are completely right. More than half the country views the white house as the enemy. I mean fucking think about that, its batshit. So him suddenly exploding and everyone going 'oh wells' is just gonna thicken that cloud by 100. We need resolution and finality, cause people are legit scared of the people leading them and for completely good reason, they literally act crazy.
