I don't think it's accurate to say he walked away specifically because he was asked about Flynn. I haven't watched the video, but my understanding is he basically starts walking away as soon as he's done talking and the questions come immediately thereafter.

Actually this is strangely out of character. Trump has been pretty consistent about just laying down a nonsensical lie to try and cover things up. Call it fake news or something. Just leaving though? Something got under his skin. Flynn is certainly not nothing to Trump.
