WTH? Brushing Your Teeth with HOT Water?

Ask any dentist and they will tell you to pre-rinse your toothbrush with hot water to soften the bristles. The softer your toothbrush bristles are the better it is for your gums and it makes it easier for the bristles to clean in between your teeth. So all you cold lovers can suck it. Hot is better because the experts say so.

DEBATE F'ING OVER.

I use cold water because it's more refreshing and goes better with the minty taste of the toothpaste. Hot water does make more sense though considering it kills moar germs.

Brush your teeth in the shower man. Liberating.
I rinse off my toothbrush and continue brushing until I feel there is no more toothpaste left in my mouth, which is too hard to do with a shower head. I still do it though if I'm in a hurry.

Water from the hot/warm tap is usually from a tank that stores water (maybe in your loft). The water is not meant for drinking and should really not be used to brush your teeth. Cold water comes straight from the pipes to your home and is filtered and clean. Do not brush your teeth with water from the hot/warm tap.

Nothing significant is gained by using hot. Hot users are sick and should be locked up with all the other freaks, like pedos and lefties.

Anyone tried washing a plate with cold water? Good fucking luck getting that stuck food off :lol

I brush with warm water and then expel
People that drink warm water are disgusting

Hot, warm or cold I really don't care, I'm loose with it and I probably use each one equally throughout the whole year.

Now when I need a quick swig before brushing my teeth due to thirst I use warm water because I don't wanna burn or freeze my hand. The two temp extremes are really vivid on my water system.

My teefs don't dry. Who has dried, stuck on food on their teeth? Maybe we should all brush with dawn too.
What about oils clinging to your mouth from greasy food?
Warm water will break it up and wash it out more thoroughly than cold water

Cold, considering the hot tap water here isn't for drinking, plus bacterias thrive in warm environments.

But I drink boiled water from time to time. Heard it's like oil for the intestine.

For years I haven't done any pre-rinse, though the warm rinse to soften the brushes makes sense maybe I'll start doing that. Once I've finished brushing I rinse with cold.
