I played that demo for 2-3 months straight and I never touched another Xbox game since. I LOVED that demo and since I got off at 5am only older people were playing online. All of the children were sleep and I got some good games in.

yea what the hell is up with the extremely slow downloads more so recently, especially when the outfit came out, the most i ever waited was 30 mins, that turned into 4 hours :lol

Their network doesn't have the backbone to handle the swarm that happens when a new demo is released is my guess.

You would think that is the explanation. However, I don't buy it that right now thousands of people are aware that demo is available right now. I just don't believe the news travels that fast. I think Microsoft probably changed something in their system that made these downloads slower recently.

I actually rented it and loved what I played of it. Only problem is, I cannot afford the game and Live. I've still got 2 weeks for the Live Gold trial period, so I wanted the demo just so I could get online with it for those few days.

Oh well, guess I'll make do with the BF2:MC demo if it launches on Friday like EA says. Knowing MS though, I'm doubting it...

I`m in the same boat, only thing saving me is a kinda and caring gf who opens her wallet to satisfy many needs, too bad i`m on my own this week Oblivion and MGA2 here I come, oh and the BF2 demo will be played to determine if its even worth purchasing

No way.... the frame rate alone makes Burnout demo look better. IMO. But I think I'm getting old, Burnout seems to be too fast for me. Well, back to playing GRAW.

Its been stated before, but repeating is necessary. Xbox Silver accounts can download anything off the marketplace, including Live Arcade games and demos. You just can't play against others on Live, but you can pretty much do everything else.

Which kind of defeats the purpose of a multiplayer demo, no?

That's why I'm hoping they get GRAW soon, so I can play some online with you guys before my Live Gold trial expires.

Ok then so no GRAW demo yet??? Right looks like my 360 will remain off... I have got so bored with the damn console. Can't afford GRAW but will get when the cash flow improves. But Dragon quest VIII comes first.

So any proper impressions of the burnout demo other than... 'Full Auto looked (should this be lacked?) better (graphics). I was unimpressed with Full Auto. Prefer Felony 11-79 on the PSone

The Burnout demo is nice, played through a few times, couple of silver medals. Digging that Xbox 360 car. And the sound is indeed powerful as mentioned in some reviews. But not quite compelling enough for me to drop $$ on it right now with so much in the queue as is.
