But yeah, this game looks like it blows hard, and not in a good way.
Ok well I finished the demo, I guess. I was fighting an endless horde of goblins and trolls when a scene appeared of me collapsing, I thought I was dead but I knew I had health at least. Then the dragon swooped me up before the bridge collapsed and that was it.
To use your Bow you have to STAND STILL with the RT held, if you move while RT is held you roll around, so you are forced to take damage from other arrows and such flying your way. The same goes for Magic, which is LT. What a retarded lineup. I'm not even sure Magic worked, I think all I could do was Force Push them.
Tip: Just mash X (jump) + A for an attack that wipes out enemies around you, I have no idea why, it does more damage than regular attacks.
Game is stank ass. But feel free to waste your time with this FREE demo, lolz clever

These guys are right, that Eragorn demo was terrible. Right up there with the Tenchu and Sonic demos. I play every demo to the end to give it a fair chance and I couldn't wait for it to be over. Also, the voice actor who is supposed to be Jeremy Iron's character wasn't close to a laughable degree.

Does anyone know if there´s gonna be a Call of Duty 3-demo out in the next few days? I think the US-release was announced to be 7th of November, that´s why I´m asking.

Ok quick 5 min impressions.
Almost EVERY button on the controller is being used. If you play flight games alot and are use to normal aircraft style controls, switch to control mode 2. Let me get my emo superman joke out the way now. Even without seeing his face I can tell by his hair that he's a nancy boy emo superman. Ok that's done. Now... the game looks like the recent screenshots, great range of vision, you can see WAAAAAAAY far away. The demo is limited to 3-4 outlying industrial islands around metropolis, no flying in to metropolis. The few missions I did were beating up on metallo's mini robot's some regular walking flaming ones, these really speedy ones etc. You have access to 3 super powers, heat vision, super breath, freezing breath. You have to hit a button to select the power(each power is assigned to 1 button) and then hit a different button to use it. Not sure why they did it that way. I like the blur when he lands, takes off... and if you hold down the takeoff landing button while in the air he will land with a ground pound that sends enemies flying. Hurt citizens need to be taken to nearby ambulances.. vehicles can be blown up, on the grown you've got punch and block buttons, as well as a pickup button, people, enemies, vehicles, etc. In the air you've got a super speed button, you fly really fast with a blur, on the ground that becomes a super sprint button.
Though I didn't play Spiderman alot, in many ways Superman feels like Spiderman, there are icon's on the map you can fly to(trouble spots), to eliminate enemies. All in all I didn't see anything ground breaking in the gameplay but it seemed fun. I just need to get the control layout memorized better... good god...
Oh and one final thought... it was weird seeing the movie style font for the opening game credits and not hearing John Williams music... was strange.
