WTF is going on! 2 XBLA games and a few demos EVERY week now.

Seriously though, pretty good all the demos are being released, even if im not bothered about them, I hope the same happens for around the end of the year :D
 
OMG that NASCAR demo was fuckin' NAST~Y!

I thought for a moment that I accidentally fired up my PC from 4 years with GF2MX. Good grief...
 
We're the hell is my Dynasty Warriors: Gundam? I don't even care about the game that much, but Namco lied to me about the demo.

It took me a while to figure out the handling. Kinda understandable since you race on gravel. Traction is nowhere guaranteed without asphalt ya know...

Just make sure to lift off the gas to around 60~70MHz for mid range curves and for 90 degree curves, use the emergency brake to drift your butt a little and then ease into gas. Finally started getting first place in that last race.
 
has anybody had any luck downloading 2K8 yet? i see it available but it won't let me download yet. must be getting it all set up. getting it all set. all set up.

I'll second this. Where the hell did Dynasty Warriors: Gundam end up at? It's been a while since it appeared/vanished/never appeared. It doesn't look brilliant, but if the demo isn't too bad it seems like an enjoyable bargain game.
 
I read somewhere that the Dynasty Warriors: Gundam demo is supposed to be up on Aug. 28th, which I think is the release date.

If it's a banned site or anything, I do apologize. I don't know where the info came from originally, so it may not be credible. Since we don't have the demo yet though, 'tis possible.
 
Marketplace is on fire baby - MotoGP '07 demo out of the blue, and even that Gundam demo shows up finally (even though it's not my type of game at all)...

Look at how many demos came out in just this week alone - wow...

Wow, it's like someone saw my post and put it on the marketplace. I need to start deleting some stuff off my HDD...first time it's been under a gig

Yeah me likey some musou games too, but I'm a little pissed at Koei for tarnishing the DW brand in the USA with the gundam name. So I may pass on it on this fact alone. ;)

You got a 20gig? Think I'm down to 60 on my 120gig. Got a ton of stuff on their just hardly feel like clearing it much. It will suck when that time comes again, aka my old 20gig, should be ahwile though.

I guess you missed the E3 press conference where Moore said most of the games shown will be playable as a demo on live over the next few weeks. Anyways, Im still waiting on the CoD4 demo...can't come soon enough.

Yeah, 20 gigger here. There's been too many demos lately that I haven't come across to play them. I usually delete the demos after I play them a couple times

wha...? I watched the whole MS conference yet Peemo never said anything like that.
 
Moto GP is garbage... same frame-rate catastrophe as the last one with a lot of slow down and frequent chugging. Also, they made power-sliding easier which should make it accessible to non-experts now. Graphics look very nice, but the slow down kills everything good about this game.
 
I like the Moto GP 07! Didn't notice the screen tearing from 06 or any slow down on both the demo tracks Autobahn & Laguna.
 
360 version seems close to the PS3 version, but not as good. Solid 60FPS frame rate with no slowdown.

PS3 has better color saturation, and sharper textures. Of course this could be due to me using HDMI on PS3. X360 version looks a little muddy by comparison, but its close. No rumble in the 360 demo either.

I prefer playing these games with the playstation pad, so if I do get the game I'll probably get it on PS3. Seems to be the better version overall. But the differences are minimal you'll be happy with either version.

Cool, I thought the PS3 version would end up looking worse, nice to know that it looks better because I also prefer these games on playstation.

I'm getting a PS3 tommorow, hope I don't regret it :P
