I thought when you chose your Live "zone" you were supposedly only going to be matched online with others from your "zone." In every game of COD2 I've played, I've seen Pro, Underground, Family, and Recreation (my "zone") lumped together. So what's the point of these "zones" then?

there may not be enough players yet for them to be seperated?
i'm not sure, I set mine to recreation, which seems to be what most are set at.

Supposedly they play a small part in matchmaking - not sure where they factor in the equ though.

I assume they'll eventually begin enforcing different limits for # of complaints in the different zones.

Ex: Underground = they ignore complaints about swearing. Family = someone gets a few complaints about swearing, they get banned. Etc.

I would hope the host will eventually be able to limit games to participants from specified zones? I guess that isn't possible yet?

I was curious about that myself as I find myself in PDZ at times, surrounded by Underground scum
