This might be the wrong thread to ask this, but has anyone had any experience with using a gamepad on a competitive FPS? Do you normally get wrecked by KBM players, or do you perform passably enough? Is there any auto-aim at all? Just asking because I wanted to see if I should switch back to KBM or if I can get away with using a console controller.

If you are playing a competitive FPS on PC, always use a KB&M, always. The game/players are not going to hold your hand with auto-aim if you are using a controller.

It's a colour and noise thing. I'm not a fan of orange on, well, anything other than my juice. But as I said earlier in the thread, before being called a fanboy for my taste in decor, that it's like having an orange BMW parked next to a row of black Audi's. It looks gash. The console is black, most TV's are black. White is a secondary colour for both. This has no companion console at this point, and that makes it look even worse.

indeed even the menu hexagons are there. I like it, its stylish.

Not fond of the look at all, especially at that premium price. They really could have gone all out for a LE controller for a game that they have been hyping for the better part of a year, but this screams hastily slapped together and cheap. I'm actually quite surprised there are that many people who like the look.
Now this is something I would get behind, especially the second one... very creative and fits perfectly with the rest of the controllers aesthetics.
I'll be waiting for one of these.

I always thought the replaceable face plates on x360 was a neat idea. what they needed to do was transfer the idea over to the controllers. this way, you could get some of these custom designs without having to pay for the entire $60 package again.
