An Australian resident who listed hardware on eBay late in December claiming that it was an Xbox Durango development kit, appeared in the Perth Children's Court in Australia on Friday morning, The Sydney Morning Herald reports.

According to the Australian newspaper, the Perth teenager was charged with possession of identification material with intent to commit an offence, dishonestly obtaining or dealing in personal financial information and failing to obey a data access order. The case was adjourned until next month and he is yet to enter a plea.

In addition, he faces charges of possession of a prohibited weapon, cannabis possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing or copying an indecent or obscene article and possessing child exploitation material.

In February, he supplied Kotaku with documents apparently detailing the capabilities of Microsoft's yet to be released next-generation console. According to Kotaku, the documents outlined a mandatory Kinect, new controllers and the ability for the hardware to run multiple applications or games at once.

Later that month, the accused tweeted that his home was raided by Australian police and an FBI officer, who confiscated computers, hard drives, phones and bank cards. At the time, the teenager provided The Tech Game with a copy of his warrant — which The Verge confirmed to be genuine with West Australian Police — listing Microsoft, PayPal and eBay as part of the investigation.

Nobody else has access to the contents of his computer, there's a good chance he actually had something that qualifies as kiddie porn (Australia's definition is pretty broad). People were just speculating that police could have planted it to make a stronger case, which is nothing but speculation. I never saw any reason to give him the benefit of the doubt though.

Is this real? What qualifies as small breasts? Isn't this rather discriminating? Actually, does this also mean that, as young woman with relatively small breasts you are not allowed to have any erotic pictures taken of you? This would be nuts to no end.
