You do, and no disk management on Xbox One.

You can uninstall every game, delete every app, and delete every movie that's on local storage on the one. So technucally you have memory management, you just can't see total available space left. At least I haven't found the page yet.

Difference is that the PS4 will tell you have how space is left. The XBox One won't show you how many GB is left on your Hard Drive until its full.

500GB HDD has a storage capcity of 465.7GB of actual storage. The PS4 has 409GB availiable. So that would only be 56.7 reserved for the NSA PS Camera Data.
