How do you know if you get an invite? Does it go to messages on your Xbox One or your e-mail? Regardless, I would appreciate an invite if anyone is on and has some time.

You'll get a message on your console. Expect the invite to take a few days to come through once you've been invited (I'd send one to you if I could!). There's then enrollment after that, which is taking a good few days more for some of us.
