Xbox Twitter teases PS4 Pro after revealing

are people in this thread really making fun of Greatest Games tagline? which is highly subjective thing?
 
Man this thread really reminds me of the console war days on GameSpot forums. Really regret my tine spent reading threads there, was 15 in my defence.

I can't believe people act like 'fans' of a brand in Gaf. I'd admit to favouring Nintendo over the other two, but shit I wouldn't take a dig at the company as something personal like many of ya'll have in here.

Yet it was all fun and games when msoft were the butt of the joke. Always got the impression lurking on Gaf years ago that there was an overly sensitive Sony fanboy group here - this thread confirms it.

It's a funny tweet. Just laugh and move on, can't believe people are stressing over it.

To be fair, Xbone S is a great console revision. It's a better box thenOG, it's smaller, it has 4K blu-Ray. It is not likely to affect overall sales but it is a great system.

IMO, PS4 Slim should have been cheaper and Pro should have had 4K blu-Ray playback.
 
It's dumb that PS4 pro doesn't have blu-ray playback but comparing it to the Xbox one S? Seems dumb to compare it to that model as if they were the same thing, maybe compare it to Scorpio later but right now it's 1/3 as powerful as a Pro for $100 less, I wouldn't want people to compare

Greatest games is subjective. I didn't like No Man's Sky, Knack, The Order, Killzone SF.

I like Forza and Gears.

I like Uncharted 4.

This is like grade 5 kids. On a purportedly serious gaming forum.

Comparing a system that enhances overall graphical performance and resolution
to a system thats weaker than the OG PS4 and thats only advantage is UHD Bluray

So rating makes games greatest?

In their opinion their output is better, and as a Xbox gamer the only game I like on Sony side are Uncharted and God of war. So for me they do have greatest games that interests me the most. I don't care about the quantity or variety. but again this is my OPINION. You may disagree.

I don't blame you, lol!!! The Forza games look fantastic and the small amount that I played on a display at GameStop was fun. The Xbox One S is a sexy machine. I personally prefer the PlayStation exclusives but I'll be damned if I haven't gone to Amazon with my finger on the order button to get one just to play Forza Horizon 3.
 
I love all these salt-filled posts with kids(adults?) thinking they "got 'em!" posting how Sony should post its sales numbers in response. You guys are embarrassing yourselves. This is just video games.
 
I remember Xbox social media making fun of sony for not showing the actual system during the original PS4s reveal. I didnt seem to turn out so well last time.

This is great. I so wished they had actually made this. I dont do movie discs anymore unless the movie isnt available for digital purchase, but this seems fair game.

If you're a company It's just a weird claim without something factual to back it up. My opinion doesn't have much to do with it. Ps4 objectively has the higher rated games.
 
I think this may blow some of your minds guys -- all gaming console companies say they have the best games! GASP! Advertising... How does it work (for gaming companies)?

You don't need to back up PR puffery. When a fast food chain claims to have "the best burgers in town!", they don't really need to prove it.

Honestly, there is nothing in the Xbox library that has made me want to drop money on an Xbox. Personal taste and all.
