Not that seamless. During the random battle, a guy walked up to me, and then there was like 4-5 seconds of loading, with passerbys gathering. Pretty much like the previous games.

I guess from the trailer it's only for certain fights. No problem though.

Yeah but there was not really much stuff to translate in Dead Souls. Alot less cut scenes and side quests to translate.

The amount of content Yakuza 5 is looking to have is crazy. All the Haruka idol management will surely need alot of work. Still I really want to hope that we will get this game content complete.

hopefully they have the localization team working on it during development this time. most of the previous games were localized afterwards.

I remember reading when one of the localization heads left for the Yakuza team (someone confirm this?), he left the team in good hands. So I hope that means something.
