I had no idea she worked on this. She is so insanely talented, and more notably, consistent. Her music was genuinely some of the best stuff to come out of FFXV.

I like it but it's unfortunate that the Shimomura piano/violin combo kicks in way too late (for a few seconds past 2 minutes and then more around 4 minutes).

Otherwise most of it feels like it would fit an Organization XIII boss fight.

These Japanese composers always hit different for me. Probably because I grew up with them. Shimomura, Kondo, Uematsu, Kitamura, Koshiro, Mitsuda, Meguro, Yamaoka.... there are too many to list. What absolute legends.

Are you me? I bought Raccoin on sale, but played it for 45 minutes and kept thinking "yeah I wish I was playing Vampire Crawlers instead" and refunded it.
