Matters. If I have a plate I go for breast. If I don't, I go for a leg.



I thought I was weird or just too Asian that I required rice with my fried chicken. I guess I'm not alone. :,)
Required rice with fried chicken transcends race, it's a matter of good taste god damn it!

I usually make a plate with a Wing and Breast piece, with mac and cheese and green beans.
and after that, a second helping with a thigh and a bit more mac and cheese.
I then put the bucket into the refrigerator to use another time.
 
Depends on the quality of the fried chicken. If this is crappy KFC we're talking, I'll go for the drumbstick because those tend to be the most consistently good part of the chicken. KFC thighs and breasts can run a bit too greasy. Drumbsticks offer the highest crispy skin to meat ratio, and I love me some skin.
