Also, reposting. Can somebody help me on finding this anime?:
Gegege no Kitaro?
Nope. The eyeball didn't have a body. It floats. It's also the size of a head. I remember also that the main character was a boy with a small sword and had white Link-type cloths with blue borders. I think it was on a medieval world or on a devastated land.

I know we're supposed to only do one image per post but this thread has definitely opened up the nostalgia floodgates for me.

Any true fan of cartoons stuck around through all the credits to see this:

We need more cartoon love in general, especially for the not-great shows that you still watched anyway.

Obligatory youtube of the intro: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3vhpk7DhZM
Somehow that used to be catchy as hell. Now, it's a bit embarrassing. Darkwing Duck definitely holds the title of best intro ever, though.

POW POW POWER WHEELS! 6 hours of charging for 30 minutes of road domination with your plastic-wheeled Jeep. Awesome.

And...

"Eagle Eye checks his aim as he enters the game."

Does anyone else remember the Domino's Pizza mascot? Not the Noid, but this guy:

And because no one else seems to have posted it:

I'm curious to know if any of the old style McDonald's Playland exist currently in the United States?

WTF :lol
Is that a prison for parents to hold their kids in while they eat?

It's supposed to look like that, the character is a police officer. And everyone knows there's a ladder in the bottom that leads to the top. You could also climb up into his hat and look out.

Ok, it's official. If you've never been inside Officer Big Mac, you're banned from this thread :lol. I just don't trust you.

I rediscovered this brilliant and funny series a few weeks ago and instantly bought a dvd collection: The Avengers

I loved this show when I was young and it holds up!

The Incredible Machine!! Inject that nostalgia straight into my fucking veins! Wow.

Stealth edit: Are those.... the god damn California Raisins? I'm going to pass out.

Its made of metal, so nope. Kids these days are deprived of the beautiful monstrocities that were park playgrounds before the mid nineties

Oh wow! Every time I come into this thread I see something that creates a wave of flashbacks. This is today's winner!

Holy crap. I glanced at this and I didn't really think much of it... and then I remembered what it was :lol

Man this shit brings me back. Pretty crazy how easily we forget about the things we loved so much as kids.

There are some ones I can't remember though Gaf, one is a game I used to play and I think it had the word castle in the title and you were a little magic kinda guy and you roam around playing these kind of mini games.

Another game I can't remember the name of was where you play as a submarine and I think you could shoot and sharks and stuff would try to get you, and jellyfish and shit. I think it could have been an educational game.

Oh and the other one I can't remember, was a water toy, you would hook it up to the hose and it had a long plastic arm that would spin around and you had to jump over it or get sprayed. My friend landed on the arm and broke it though :(

Maybe someone can help me here.

I think it is Rupert related, but I'm not sure. I remember this video I had as a kid that really weirded me out. It featured the main character leaving his house to go play outside and then he comes across a cave with frogs making some sort of melody. There's no speaking at all in it, maybe the main character saying they were going to play, but it ends just with him going home.

I randomly remember it and I have no idea what it is or even how to search for it. I feel it might have had a character who looked like Rupert or was Rupert, but that jerk talked a lot and there was little if no talking in this thing.

Holy shit. That's it.
I always remembered it more haunting, but that may be because of the acid trip near the end. :lol
Wait, that was a Paul McCartney thing? Hooooly shit. That explains why I was able to see it, being that my father is a huge Beatles/McCartney fan.
