My answer is extremely simple: I'm interested in a black and white videogame concept.
FF12 must have a real nice story and all but i don't like the battles and the ****ing liscence system so i'm gonna pass on this one. Also, it's rare i play RPGs anymore.

I DO play a lot of games. Whether I finish every one or not is a different story, but I like to be able to experience a little bit of everything, if possible. I'm certainly going to try and play most of the big titles this fall.

Whew, I can't think of anything from Japan I'd want this fall outside of Phantasia D: Though it's more like buy to own but no urge to really want to own it at all :/ The rpgfest is starting right now in japan :D

Well, there's reasons for these things.

I've got the money to spend and I don't have a lot of costly hobbies aside from video gaming, so I might as well spend the money on games. I buy the stuff I'm interested in, many of which I ultimately end up bored with or not liking, but at least I've tried them; I think I gain something as a gamer even when I try something I ultimately end up not enjoying too much, because it does lead to a lot of underappreciated gems, too. And I think by at least trying the poorer games to see if I like them, it makes my tastes even more discerning. I end up appreciating the better games even more.

Also, I've got a collector mentality -- I always have, and that predated my interest in video games. But once I became interested in video games, the collecterism took over there.

And lastly, I get a lot of free time at work, so I buy a lot of portable games to pass the time there. As I've been more and more bogged down for time, I've come to appreciate portable gaming even more.

But anyway, I think there's a pretty good chance I'll at least like all the stuff I put on my buying list. Some of it I won't, but I'd rather try a game for a while to see if I like it than just pass it up.

Same here, I'm a big collector. Problem is that my urge to play games is stronger, so while I like to collect, I end up selling a lot of games to afford newer ones, too. :(

That's been changing a bit over the past year, though, with some extra income. Can't say I have any other expensive hobbies, either. I read books sometimes, but not nearly enough to put a huge strain on things.

Oh, man, I'm with you there. When I was younger I had to sell a lot of my games to buy newer ones, and I've always regretted that enormously. So these days I try to sell as few games as possible... I haven't actually needed to sell any for a while now (though there were a couple I sold by choice). I just try to be frugal in other areas and manage my money properly so I can splurge on the one thing I really like to spend on.

Yeah, my collection would probably be at least 2-3 times as big as it is now if I didn't sell any games (not counting games when I was a kid, mostly PS1 and up stuff).
