I was pretty proud of this Rainbow Six: Siege 1v3 clutch I did. I'm really, REALLY horrible in situations where I am the last one alive and I usually just turtle in one spot or play very passively but this was me being a Brave Boy and taking action.
This thread is great, some really cool higlights and a lot of gaffers that are really good at games. Damn, all I have is like an ori highlight, somewhere...
FFXIV: me and my FC were doing Alexander when it was new and a few people were new to it and not sure what to do, things started to fall apart at the end then one of our DPS discovered one neat trick developers hate!
Killed each member of the opposing team in a row once. One at the beginning of the life, then four in one spot with a super and then the sixth came and I got a pentakill.
This is the craziest thing that ever happened to me in a game, although it probably won't make sense unless you've played FFXIV: https://youtu.be/z7m5LnHXzg4
You can skip to the end, but basically I was the only survivor thanks to being rezzed at just the right time, and then I only had time to finish the boss solo because the boss hit his enrage timer at the perfect moment. I was surprised I didn't screw up my basic rotation in the heat of the moment.
It's a shame the party chat audio wasn't saved, the roar I heard when the boss dropped is probably my greatest moment in all my years of gaming.
Bear hunting in MechWarrior Online. Context: one of the most powerful mechs in the game, the Kodiak, had just been released, which meant every match was full of them. So I went hunting.
