The Die Hard spoof was hilariously awesome. I lose it everytime Frank is the vent and he's trying to read Charlie's handwriting. Frank's reaction is gold.

I would go with Dennis because of how dark his character has become. Frank a close second because of Lethal Weapon movie.

However, like Seinfeld, it's not the crazy antics that stick with you but rather the way they deliver their lines. They're all masters at wringing the most humor out of their individual character traits.
