Your favorite OBSCURE Nintendo villains?

Greetings everybody! This is the first thread I've ever made on this site, so I wanted to start with something interesting. Most of us recognize Nintendo's cast of legendary villains including the likes of Bowser, Ganon, King K. Rool, Mewtwo, Andross, Ridley, and King Dedede, but what about the company's lesser known evildoers from their more obscure games? These are a few of my personal favorites:

Gimme - The Wonderful 101

Gimme is one of the head honchos of the GEATHJERK Federation, and pretty much acts as the face of said armada while the supreme commander watches from the shadows. Gimme was such a great villain, and had one of the best vocal performances in the game, acting both menacing and occasionally witty. Of course, my favorite thing about this villain is how he was visually inspired by this extraterrestrial cryptid:

Gargan - Harmoknight

Another favorite of mine is the music-based villain from Harmoknight, known as Gargan. As the leader of the Noizoids, he steals off with the princess of Melodia and puts its residents into an eternal slumber. However, rather than trap the princess in a castle like a certain fire-breathing turtle,
Gargan will actually fight while taunting you with the princess in his grip, as she is slowly transformed into a Noizoid. This is only one of the things that makes his final battle quite incredible.
Did I mention he loves baroque music??

Honorable mention goes to the Pickpocket from Vegas Stakes:

So fellow users, what are some of your favorite obscure Nintendo villains and why??

Mouser from Mario 2. Dude was a bomb-throwing mouse in sunglasses. He was even in the Nintendo cartoons sometimes. Haven't seen him since the late 80's though. I'd say he's now obscure status.

Was gonna post mouser. Such a cool mouse wanted to see more of him in the future games. Mouser for MK9!!!

Not sure how obscure he is, but Wart from Doki Doki Panic/Mario 2.

I'd love to see them bring him back in another Mario, even though he wasn't really a Mario character to begin with.

Porky from Mother 2/3. He's just a snotty kid in Mother 2, but in Mother 3 he does some seriously fucked up shit and puts multiple psychological scars into the head of the main protagonist. All of it is too spoilery to go into any details.

I've always been a big fan of Zoda from StarTropics. I love the look of him, as well as the fact that he's usually hiding in the shadows, making him all the more mysterious.

This guy is my favorite Nintendo character. I am not kidding, I dream to drive him in Mario Kart.

Zephiel from Fire Emblem 6 - what a fucking badass and his theme/boss theme is incredible. Especially because
at that point in the game, Roy (for me) was the only one who can hurt him reliably, making that 1v1 the coolest thing I've seen in an FE game.

Captain Syrup

Main villain of Wario Land 1 & 2, disappears for years, finally resurfaces with new design in Wario Land Shake It & it's been over 6 years since then, I'm surprised Nintendo hasn't like put her in MK or something by now.

I am actually and honestly surprised by the lack of Wart in this thread.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's one of the first ones. I need to go to sleep now.

Speaking of Captain Syrup and Shake It!/Shake Dimention... Shake King was quite cool too.

Lamboo from wonderful 101
this guy. his voice is sooo awesome and how you finish him off is shocked the fuck out of me. like no way did i think game would do that.

Culex isn't actually from Final Fantasy, he's just designed to look like he came from one.

Devil from Devil World could have a new maze game for the 3DS eShop, I'd buy it. Alternatively, Nintendo should try another Popeye game so I can beat up Bluto. Has the Patras featured in any Zelda games after the first?

Captain Syrup should make a comeback...well, I'd like to play a new Wario Land for that matter.

This guy.

He is actually the only original "Recurring villian" we got for the first 3 Mario & Luigi games, such a great character with hilarious dialogue and fun attacks.

He is such a twat in 7...

Which makes him even more badass when you fight against him in 6. Damn Roy and his uselessness.

YES. My favorite Nintendo villain. He is incredible and it's a shame that a lot of people don't know him.

Why Sakurai didn't make him a stage boss in Smash like Ridley, srsly.

Obviously because he's going to be a DLC character. Same reason Reyn isn't in Shulk's Final Smash.

Captain Syrup: The Thread

Why? Because she continues the Wario theme of bizarro world-ing expectations for new characters in the Wario ____ series. As Wario himself is this crass, money hungry and generally unpleasant figure to the antithesis of Mario, Captain Syrup flips the script on the main females introduced in the Mario series by being a rough and tumble, conniving and catty pirate who is only matched in greed by Wario. She even associates with him only because he has a tendency to find treasure which she subsequently snatches from right under him after he's done the dirty work.

gold ones had me legit shook. so shook I actually stopped playing the game. afraid i'd lose half of my gold (back then you'd lose a flat % of your gold. if you spent 30 hours amassing a fortune, a single death would cause you to lose 50% of that, iirc. At some point, I became too big to risk venturing out to the next location. too stressful. And that was it for me and one of my favorite NES games.

It's been well over 25 years, but I quite clearly remember where on the map I needed to go to get the next item I needed (a firey sword of some sort).

Got the game free with my Nintendo Power subscription. :3
