When a deathrow inmate eats something for his last meal he is allergic against and nearly dies, does the jail has to safe him and postpone the execution until he's healthy enough to die? Are you allowed to let some die when he is planned to die? Are you allowed to execute somebody that is suffering a allergic shock?

Yes, they're (in theory) supposed to save them. The execution is only allowed to proceed in a manner prescribed by law, otherwise the death warrant is not being carried out in the eyes of the law.
