Well even if it is there's NO graphical differences between the two version. The only thing that changes is the control methods and the aspect ratio (GCN 4:3 / WII 16:9 & 480p).

Not every game has to look like MGS4 to look good. I dont think anyone who buys the wii version will complain about the graphics not being a big step up. Sure this game doesnt look as good as most next gen games, but it isnt far off at all. Only graphics whores will complain about it, im sure the average joe will look at it and say it looks amazing.

This might not have that same unique style that wind waker did, but looking at the pics TP certainly doesnt lack any atmosphere.

They didn't. They redid the entire Twilight Realm, and they also fixed the look of the game in general. It didn't look like this last year (though it still looked great).

Why would you compare the stylistic quality of one game with the technical quality of another, though? Compare them on the same merits or not at all. Stylistically, I find Wind Waker to be astonishingly gorgeous, better looking than Twilight Princess or most other games for that matter. On technical grounds, obviously Twilight Princess is more advanced; it's a newer game, it's been delayed and improved several times; there's no reason it wouldn't push the hardware more.

This looks dead-on for what the Cube version should look like. Great character models but the ground textures needs a little work. Hopefully the Wii version will look a lot better. Artistically it is fuckin sweet.

I don't think that the Gamecube can do this. Many of these images looks almost next-gen.
The interesting thing is not only the graphics, but the environments: different and big at the same time.
Good job Nintendo ! This game could really become better then Ocarina of Time (and then best game in history).

There's really nothing to be afraid of. Spoilerish media will only come once people actually have reviewable copies. The stuff released so far is pretty vague.
