Will we ever see Stefanie Joosten (Quiet from MGS5) in another videogame?

I believe her character was wasted in MGS5 but I can see her participating in another videogame franchise in the future, she's very talented imho, maybe a Quiet prequel or a spinoff.

What you guys think?

Hasn't she been spotted around the studio? I swear I've seen that she along with Emma Stone were basically confirmed for Death Stranding. Visited Guerilla Games too.

I'm all up for having talented people cast in games. But how exactly did she show that talent in MGSV, OP?

EDIT: For clarification, I'm absolutely not saying she isn't talented, but all she was in MGSV was a silent, naked mannequin you could either execute in cold blood or take along so she could press her butt against your face constantly.

At this point she will almost definitely be in Death Stranding. Kohima seems to always have her around.

Well, she was the one actor in the entire cast that did both their facial and performance capture together, as well as sing one of the game's big songs.

She was awesome as Quiet, love the character.

It would be cool if Kojima used her in his future games as a recurring actress, kind of like how Nolan often uses the same actors in his movies.

I’m willing to bet it’s more to do with the fact that you can see her boobs in that game than anything else. It’s the same kind of people who believe Quiet’s reason for not wearing clothes in MGSV was a good one and not just softcore porn

Don’t get me wrong, she could be talented. But I certainly haven’t seen anything that proves it

Being serious now, seeing her modeled in another game would be pretty weird and awkward. After those weird helicopter sections I never want to see Quiet again and it'd be impossible to think of anything else if I saw the actress in another context.

Man, it must suck to be seen as the "Quiet girl" as well.

Yea, not a bad assumption, because this isn't good acting. This sounds like a fandub. Like it's so clear the reason she was cast was the exact same reason that the beauty of the beast unit was cast and were asked to do their mocap nude. It's not because of the acting skills.

She was in a game called ICEY last year. I'd say she will pop up in plenty of games in the future.

No offense to her because she could be the most talented person in the world. She could literally be winning an Oscar or an Emmy in a few years....but she didn't show it in that game.

It's not her fault the entire character was a fuckin joke. That being said I didn't see anything from her worth seeing again.

I agree here. I like the Quiet character but I didn't see 'range' or 'talent'. Anybody could have played the character.

No i'm just wondering where all the the posts saying she's talented are coming from given she was literally barely given a script, and what little lines she had weren't acted very well at all, and due to the character she played, she displayed no emotional range, "look mildly angry" or "make that expression Megan Fox constantly makes in the tranformers movies." So no, i don't have any issue with Stefanie Joosten as a person, but lmfao at the idea that she's a good actress.

I mean besides the fact that she quite clearly can't hide her accent, the idea for that scene isn't for her to be calm. It's supposed to be an intense situation and her doing something out of desperation since the Boss is dying and needs immediate attention. Yet she's reading her lines with about as much genuine emotion as a person calling out the numbers for bingo.
