Y personalmente la prefiero sin escudo. No por ser antipatriótico ni chorradas similares, pero francamente la que nunca me ha gustado es la bandera de España.

Here are the Bevel and Emboss settings, which just gives it a nice little bit of roundness. Please try and use this if you know how

It's in the PSD file, so you can just "Copy layer style" from the one included.
