I think those pics are from Monster Hunter G Wii and not Monster Hunter 3,
The Clock thingy in the left uppercorner of the screenshot and the map looks very different in the Monster Hunter 3 demo.

No its really not, that is Monster Hunter G

MH3 has an air bar as well as some other visible changes

Also the entire game has a bloom/blur effect that at times makes it look like watercolor

This is what MH3 hud looks like

Trust me having played MH3 and MHG back and forth for more than a week now the two are nowhere near the same in visual quality

Good good. I had a feeling it might have been Monster Hunter G, I've just never played a MH game so I wasn't sure. Those shots just seemed unnaturally ugly compared to previous shots and videos.
