1-Seg TV Tuner was a huge hit with sellouts when the Slim was released. I'd be curious to see how it's doing since then.
Another thing to keep in mind is that, outside of Japan, Sony has been saying that they're repositioning the PSP from a "PlayStation Personal" to a "PlayStation Social" with add-ons like the GPS receiver and keyboard. That means that in Japan, it's already being considered as a "PlayStation Social." Maybe someone could comment on the marketing on the ground in Japan, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the PSP's being pushed (and sold) a lot more for its non-gaming functions than any gaming functions.
Weekly software/hardware sales disparities would certainly support that.
