why do these videos hurt?

I was watching a cringe compilation (this one to be precise)and it is so painful to watch... I shouldn't feel anything, after all it's other people doing these kind of things, but damn... It makes you feel bad. Also post your "favorite" cringe video.

The beach guy is the only one I cringed at, the rest were ok.

I've seen the whole video of meme kid in the brown sweatshirt before. When they start arguing reddit vs 4chan, it's just... dear lord. It's like those two sites personified. Truly, a horrifying scene.
