I have to re-purchase everything? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!
Dude, you've paid for worst things on itunes or Google play store. It's A 1$ or 1.50$: Get a grip.

"Look at it this way; they didn't completely fuck us! So it's not that bad."
How's it not that easy? Doesn't the WiiU stream the games? What would they have to change in the program?
Okay, I downloaded Ballon Fight. The options I can see is "Create Restore Point" and "Controller Settings". In the Controller Settings you can freely assign the NES buttons to any button on the GamePad.
No. The game or emulator in this case must make specific IO calls to stream to the gamepad.

I'm annoyed that Balloon fight is their first release... -_-

Do you expect every PSN title to be compatible with Move on PS4?
There's also the cost of adding Miiverse integration.
It's what everyone thinks about when they think classic Nintendo games!
Isn't that the whole point of an emulator to begin with? Unless each VC game comes with its own internal emulator, this doesn't make sense.
Digital > Digital and Physical > Digital aren't the same thing...The Japan UMD transfer program.
Very obscure reference, since it is related to the Vita
Where is my 30 cent ballon fight?

1 game a month is only for the discount promotion. They should have released the entire VC library over the year, not this 1 game a month bullshit.
Flying off the handle about Nintendo ripping you off seems misplaced here. They have to perform fresh development for these titles to add not insignificant new features.
Charging a buck to upgrade seems reasonable. Because you can still play ALL your VC games on Wii U. They are not charging for being able to transfer and use your library on Wii U. They are charging a small fee for upgraded versions with a lot of new features - and it's not like they're holding a gun to your head to force you to upgrade every single game.
Just pay the buck for the games you really want to play with the new features / on the gamepad, when you feel like it.
Wii U VC games should be free for those who already bought the Wii versions, but $1 to $1.50 is low enough that I'm not too upset. Hopefully they'll get around to some of the games that didn't show up on Wii, like the FX-chip games, and Earthbound (NA).
They should have released the entire VC library over the year, not this 1 game a month bullshit. Also, no N64 plans at all? No Earthbound for NA? No account system? Pay more to play already purchased games? You get an F Nintendo. 0 gold stars for you. Do not pass go. Get out and only come back when you have decent plans for Virtual Console.
Pretty much. I don't mind paying the fee, but it's still kind of bullshit. Sony doesn't charge extra to play your PSP/PS1 games on Vita.
This is what I am having trouble understanding. Nintendo should be able to create an emulator that has off screen support, and load up the roms as it needs to.
That's not the impression I got, it's a trial price - $0.30 for 30 days, then back to full price.
No it's not. The discount is available for 30 days, but you get to keep the game.
