Considering those are only Nintendo-published games, Zombi U is not missing whereas Devil's Third, Sing Party and Sonic Boom are.
Thinking about this some more I'd still be surprised if this game comes to other consoles, maybe they're trying to recoup costs from the Wii U version but I can't imagine market analysis indicating anything much better for the other two consoles. Especially considering the amount of work/money they would have to do/spend to spruce it up to a respectable presentation level for the other consoles.
