They've said sub only.

As we get ready to begin our E3 coverage, we wanted to give everyone a heads up regarding something new we will be implementing this year. During our press conference reaction streams, we will be enabling sub only mode for the Twitch chat. We decided to go this route to ensure a more enjoyable chat experience for those who want to engage in civil discussions and to alleviate the strain put on our volunteer moderators. The remainder of our streams will have the chat set to follower mode as we normally do for our big streams. As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions.

Edit: Two more clarifications as I see people in the comments asking about these.

1) Sub notifications will be off during the press conference reactions.

2) The pre-and-post show discussion segments for each conference will be follower only mode, not sub only.

I usually watch them and Kinda Funny's steam after I watch the conference live myself. They do a pretty good job of being quiet while things are happening but I prefer to watch tje conference with my friends first. Either way, I can't wait to see their reactions after :D

Prefer to watch conferences without commentary but I'm looking forward to the pre and post shows. Their positivity is always the best at E3.

Based on the setup, they're doing it like last year with a tiny window that shows the stream I'm guessing? Would prefer it to be the same as when they did the Switch event, with a much larger event stream window.

Followed these guys for a long time (since GT) but will be watching live with them for the first time. It's mostly just to change things up from the streamers I usually watch (can watch them later anyway) but also grew to really love EZA in the last year like never before.

So yeah... let's go.

Yeah how do people watch both? 2 screens? I'd kinda like to watch the conferences on the big screen, but wanna give the EZA E3 stream a try too.

Last year I did it with a Twitch app on the TV for the main stream and tablet with a bluetooth speaker for EZA. Once it's synced via pausing a lot, it works great. Year before, similar, but no smart TV, so laptop with HDMI out to the TV.

The problem isn't getting to watch them on two screens, it's to get the two streams to sync up perfectly. This is why I prefer if they'd just stream with a bigger event stream window, so that I can just settle on their stream.
