best buy tonight showed 2 40gb ps3s (no 80s), 6 arcade 360s (nothing else), and obviously no wiis because nintendo hasn't shipped a wii since launch and the last year+ of sales are just people at npd having fun with numbers.

1)They were hard to find in Dec as well.
2)You are putting way to much importance into the blue ray announcement.

The 360 number is a complete wild card.

With what I've heard and actually seen myself concerning the 360 shortages in January, I really have no clue what to predict for it.

Tough month to predict due to all the talks of impossible to find Wiis and hard to find 360 premiums and elites.

I'm excepting anything from this month. Like the Ps2 on top :lol

Edit: Apparently Nintendo can't ship out their product in the month of January, so -1/3 to them. MS can't convince retailers properly to buy their products either this year, so -1/4 to them (less demand, more product choices).

No clue about hardware. I would like to use the venue to make a one month ban bet however. I think PS3 Burnout sales will be at least 85% of the 360 version.
