I'm all for weapon skins and get it, did well in other games. If there's time for these kind of things to be made I hope there are other highly requested features that the community asked (and willing to pay for) are in Halo 4.

I took it to mean that the skin was specific to that armor, when it could simply be displaying that skin with that armor. Probably more likely.

Id pay a small fee for these skins but honestly retailer exclusive bullshit needs to stop, previous halo content never made it to the marketplace which doesnt really instil me with too much hope these will.

Worst thing is its unlikely frank or david will be able to comment on the matter either way. for fear of harming preorders.

I care about digital content WAY too much and the fact ill be missing out on at least 4 skins so far is really really annoying.

I suppose we can pray this is all "early access" stuff but again its doubtful.

Kind of killed my hype knowing i wont be able to get 100% of the games content at launch.

Can't say I really care about this retail exclusive stuff. It's ugly anyway. That said, I hope there's some better armor in 4 because I really don't like the look of these spartans.

Like usual with 343i and Halo 4, she'll talk about it like it's the best thing in the world and just easily ignore the criticism/worries, that's the beauty of addressing a community over the internet. I do realize it's a two way street, I would bitch 99% less if I were face to face with them lol

Yeah, let's not forget Halo is all about skill. Everyone starts out equal and the better team wins. Except if you buy the LE and get early access to some Specialisations before the other team. And except if your team has been playing longer and has access to a wider choice of starting weapons and equipment.

Yup, at least they kept the gameplay pure.

I like the creepy spider eyes helmet and the armor worn by the Spartans in the Holy GIFs that we've been reposting.

I think the Best Buy armor could look good with a different color scheme.

In any case, I care less about what the armor looks like and more about how the armor will change the way I play the game.

To be honest I'm relieved that ugly skins are the only retailer exclusive bonus. I'm actually surprised they didn't do retailer exclusive specializations. Considering all the other blunders it could have been so much worse guys...
