I want to personally thank every GAFfer who gave up a code to another GAFfer. That's how a community works, fellas. And it's nice to see some folks being grateful. It brings a happy tear to this mod's eye.

Ok guys I got in on pc. I did the call thing. Guy calls me immediately. I told him my code wasn't working and that I got it from respawns twitter account. He just added it to my origin account and I'm downloading now.

If I get a code it will go to a Gaffer of course!

we even chatted about the game, he sounded pumped himself.

Just asked EA chat to add the beta to my origin account and they did it no questions asked in like 5 seconds.

Longest thing about it was me rushing on my work computer to install Origin to verify and BAMMO! There it is.

Got to say it's one of the best things about this community, I have fond memories of PS3 demos sharing threads. Always makes me happy seeing people helping others.

So I tried getting a refund for SimCity, it hates my laptop and I have a weird issue where I can't start a game unless its on a fresh install. I was told it was too late for a refund, so I asked for a Titanfall Beta key. Dude says I should receive one "very soon." I go to bed and when I wake up to no key, I contacted EA support again. The next person says I'll have a key within the next 2 hours. 5 hours, no key. I contact again. This time it seemed like I was actually getting somewhere as the guy said he would add the game to my account. 20 minutes later, after restarting Origin and refreshing my games over and over, its not there =[

I wish they'd just tell me to fuck off instead of jerking me around.

Anyone wanting pc I recommend wait in EA chat, it's a lot more reliable, I posted earlier how I did it. Ask them to add the game to your Origin account

Ask them to add it directly very likely they'll do it in a min

When they added a pc key for a buddy, it was there instantly. How long ago did you buy sim city?

Hint: If you're trying to access EA Helps Live Chat, don't put Titanfall into the inquiry field. Just put General Question in the drop down box and "Beta" in the field.
